1. Be sure to put Alabama or South Carolina in the County/State field.
2. Put in the Loan Amount and if Owners Title Insurance is requested, put in the Owner's amount.
3. Check the Enhanced box if Enhanced Owner's Insurance is requested. (Enhanced Owner's Insurance will pay the owner and additional 10% of the sale price each year for up to 5 years. Phone calls are welcome for additional explanation
4. No other fields need anything input.
If owners is selected, the amount shown is the amount of the owners policy and the Lenders Policy will be an additional $100.00. Add this amount to the fees provided on prior fee chart for the total amount for 1101.
This amount should be added to our fees for the amount to go on line 1101 Title Charges.
HUD Closing Fees - Contracted fees for (HUD) Department of Housing and Urban Development closings.
Non HUD Closing Fees - These fees are generally charged for Non-HUD related closings,
NOTE: HUD will pay for the Owners insurance provide that line 6a of the contract has sufficient closing cost entered in as a condition of the loan.
