Charleston Office; please inform your closer when you are are ready to schedule your closing date.  When closing is held at this office please be advised of the following:

• All fees; listed on our fee sheet, will apply to these closings.
• Our Greenville or N. Charleston office will still prepare and schedule the closing with you; you do not need to contact this office directly.
• Any questions you have prior to the closing day will still need to be directed to our Greenville or N. Charleston Office. 
• Please direct all post closing questions to our Greenville or Charleston office.
