                        HUD closing agent for the North and Central Alabama – Closing Agent for Southern Alabama since 2005 until 2010 and still the Closing Agent for North and Central Alabama since 2009.

                         HUD closing agent for the state of South Carolina since December of 2011. 

                        Manager – Owner Types of Law included:

                        North and Central Alabama Closing Agent Services for HUD, Real Estate, Criminal and Civil Litigation, (both circuit and federal court), juvenile cases, insurance fraud cases, personal injury, divorce cases, probate cases, and bankruptcy.

                        I am also a Title Agent for Fidelity and I have done real estate closings on commercial as well as residential properties.

1993-1995 - Harris Data Services – Manager Task Leader, Engineer - Montgomery, AL

                        Duties – Management - Task Leader for approximate 50 programmers and functional employees for $1,200,000.00 software development program– Generated responses to Government Proposals, scheduled deliveries of software products, managed employee time cards and salaries - Computer Software designer, development, testing, and implementation for government required software systems.  All deliverables were delivered ahead of schedule and under budget during the program time.  Set up tickler system to ensure deliverables were on time.

                        Also developed a software control system called Automated Software Control System (ASCS) for tracking software deliveries for the Accounting and Finance Division at Gunter AFB.  This system is currently being used through Gunter AFB for tracking and delivering software to the appropriate customers.

1985-1993 - UNISYS Corp. Inc. –- Program Manager / Software Engineer  Huntsville, AL, Oklahoma City, OK, and Montgomery, AL

                        Duties – Project Management - Computer Software Design and Technical Writing- development, testing and implementation for large software requirement systems such as B1-Bomber and Stealth Bomber.  Program Leader of approximately 10 programmers and worked with the U. S. Air Force customer to meet all required deadlines.  Set up tickler system to ensure deliverables were on time.
