1. A Cashier's/certified check or money order payable to Battaglia Law Office, LLC. The dollar amount will be given to you by the closing    secretary at our office 48 hours prior to the closing date. If you wish to wire funds, wiring instructions will be provided upon request.

2. Any documents required by your lender.

3. Two forms of identification (i.e. driver's license, social security card)
