Recording and Mortgage Tax is estimated at $175.00 per closing.  HUD will always credit the Buyer the cost of the recording of the deed regardless of the HUD Sales contract closing cost amount agreed to be paid by the seller..

*   Settlement Fee is always a cost to the seller. This is not a buyer paid fee and does not factor into the closing cost amount listed on the sales contract.

** All other fees may be credited to the Buyer in Page one of the Settlement Statement provide that Buyer has requested sufficient closing cost on line 6a of the HUD Sales Contract.  Title charge are only charged when there is a request for lender or owner's title insurance.
