We have Satellite offices set up in Mobile, Auburn, Troy, Dothan, Huntsville, and Birmingham for your convenience. In the event you wish to close at one of these offices as opposed to our Montgomery Office, the following information will help you understand the process.

• All fees listed on our fee sheet, will apply to these closings.
• Our office will still prepare and schedule the closing with you. You do not need to contact these offices directly. They will perform a notary closing only. The documents will not be sent to them until the day of closing. Any questions you have prior to the closing day will still need to be directed to our Montgomery Office.
• Since the closing package must be send via overnight to our office after closing, we will disburse funds the following day on all closings that do not take place in Montgomery. This means the lender package as well as all disbursement checks will besent in regular mail the following day.  If the realtor wants to provide an overnight label to our office, we can overnight the commission check. If not, the check will be sent our regular mail.
• All the documents from the closing will be sent back to the Montgomery Office. The closing office you went to for the signing will not have any of those documents on file. Please direct all post closing questions to our Montgomery Office.
